Matte water-based finishing varnish, It can be diluted with water. After drying it becomes water resistant. Apply the varnish onto a decorated or cleaned surface with a brush for varnishes. If the surface is porous or not prepared, apply it for a second time too, when the first varnish layer is already completly dried.
