Fiber paste 500ml - P33867

Water-based, fiber containing paste that will remain absorbent even after it is dried. The paste keeps shape so it can be used to create 3D decorations and interesting structured surfaces. We can also use it as a primer, after drying we will get an aquarelle paper like base that can be further painted with Pentart Media ink or paints. We can color the paste with Pentart Pigment Pastes or with the Transparent Pigment Dispersions.
